Yep, try Urban Decay Primer Potion (a lot of people are going to recommend this) or Too Faced Shadow Insurance which I prefer. They're both great with long staying power and giving life to dull eyeshadows. Another thing, they last a long time so it's worth the price and they are available at Sephora.
