Can you make powder eyeshadow creamy?

Is it possible to make powder eyeshadow creamy? I usually use creamy eyeshadow but I have tuns of powder ones. Is there a way I can make it creamy instead of powdery? Can you make powder eyeshadow creamy?
Yes, just add a little water to it. Can you make powder eyeshadow creamy?
mixing medium = 3 part water:1 part glycerin mixed in an atomizer...spray mixture to eyeshadow brush and dip on to the powder eyeshadow. apply to eyes for a wet look. Report Abuse

You'll Need:

-Powdered Eyeshadow

-A few Tooth Picks

-Eye Drops (Or you can use Baby Lotion or Baby Oil)

-Loose Pigments (Not necessary, but it will make the creamy eyeshadow sparkly)

-Small mixing containers (Measuring cups or pepsi caps work)

Directions:

-Remove the powdered eyeshadow from it's metal pallet with the tooth pick.

-Place the powdered shadow into a mixing container.

-With your tooth pick, crunch up the powered eyeshadow until it's a loose form of powder.

-Once the powdered eyeshadow is all broken up, add a few drops of Eye Drops. (Baby Oil or Baby Lotion) Try not to add too many drops, it will make the eyeshadow too runny. Add more powdered eyeshadow if you accidentally pour on too many Eye Drops.

-After you have created the cream eyeshadow to your liking, return it to it's original container. Store it as you usually would.

You'll be able to apply it to your eyes after you've finished. It's a fun activity to do when you're bored. I recommend using the Eye drops rather than the lotion or baby oil. Eye drops are safe to use around the eye, while baby lotion or baby oil can irritate the eye. Unlike eye drops or baby oil, lotion will make it creamier and less watery.
You can get a mixing medium (SO AWESOME!) or you can do what I do and just use a wet wipe to dampen your brush before dipping it into your eyeshadow to give it a more damp texture. I do not suggest all-out creamy because it may probably crease. To avert this however, I suggest priming your lids with loose powder to absorb excess oil.

Good luck!
Yeah! But it's not as good as the ones that you purchase that are already creamy. Just add like a drop of water into eyeshadow and that should do. You should purchase some Mousse of cream eyeshadow they're better. You can get cheap ones from Avon, I actually purchased some 2 days ago. Hope I helped! All the best.

You can actually buy liquid eyeshadows. They are creamy.

From Avon and places like that.
