How do you apply eyeshadow to make eyes appear rounder?

ive seen where using black or dark brown makes the eyes look really round. usually dark brown eyes.

Well, when you apply a full eyeshadow color, you apply it all the way up to the crease.





To make your eyes look rounder, bring the eyeshadow color, a little bit more above the crease, and your eye will look rounder. Also, the way you apply your eyeliner, will make your eyes seem smaller, or you can make it look longer, or bigger.
