What kinda of make up (eyeshadow, etc) for a ivory prom dress?

K my dress is long, poofy, strapeless, ivory, and has little bluish turquoise accents that are sequins on the top. I have fair skin, blue eyes, and blond hair. Any suggestions would be much appreciated! Also what kinda tux would you put with this? black, ivory, or maybe even chocolate? Right now he chose an ivory one but we'll see.

sounds pretty, I would go with smokey eyes, especially since your eyes are blue. if you go to mac to get your makeup professionally done, you only have to spend $40 at their store. that's two eye shadows that you can bring for touch ups.

wear a clear or light pink lip gloss, i also wear a light blue/pink shadow and like you dobrown eyeliner and black mascara. -------

Blue eyeliner looks very pretty with blue eyes. It will really make them pop. Then put your mascara on top.


Put some blush on to give your cheeks a flushed look (if they don't have it already). Then you could go for a pink lip gloss. If you felt the need you could put pink eyeshadow.

For the makeup, the Taylor Swift look {shimmery colors, cat-eye liquid liner} would be really pretty. As for the tux, I'd go with black, but put an ivory tie with it that has some kind of turquoise accent {similar to the ones on your dress} at the top at the part where it ties.
i think adding eye shadow will through off your eyes cause there blue and the turquoise always helps bring out my blue eyes. A simple eye will do fine and if not i def would not dot he whole smokey eye that will be WAY much. keep it simple for sure.
