It's different for different people. It depends on your eye color and skin tone. However, I've noticed that most people with dark brown eyes look nice with mauve eyeshadow. try gold eyeshadow, with black mascara.
Use mascara for that. The mascara Hypnose by Lancome is very good in that effect.
WELL iT SORT OF DEPENDS ON HOW LONG YOUR EYELASHES ARE iN GENERAL... TO MAKE THEM LONGER, YOU COULD USE THE EXTRA LENGTH MASCARA, AND USE A BUNCH.. BUT ANY KiND OF EYESHADOW WOULD WORK.....

I use a very black color, it makes them more dramatic looking.
i dont think eyeshadow would make your eyelashes longer or bigger...
