How do i make powdery eyeshadow creamy and smooth?

you can do 2 things:


1. apply an eyeshadow primer on your eyelid. I swear on it, it brightens up the color of the shadow and it looks great!!





2. you can apply shadow on your brush and spray some water on the brush. That usually makes the eyeshadow smooth to apply
