i heard that if you add alcohol to matte eyeshadow then it will make it shimmery and pigmented if this is true then how would i do it?How can i make my eyeshadow pigmented?

Not tried the alcohol idea but not sure how well it would work and if it would irritate your eyes?
You can definitely use water though, that really works. Just dampen your eyeshadow brush a little and put it on that way. Don't make it too wet or dry or it will go clumoy :) good luck x
how the hell are you gonna add alcohol to it yourself
you'd put too much in and melt your eyes or something
