Well I just discovered eyeshadow stays on with a primer and it makes the color pop more. Does any one have a home remedy on how to make a base?
thanks:)
I'm being cheap because at the store they cost an arm and a leg.How can I make a home made EYESHADOW base/ primer?
Well, Urban Decay has one that costs only $15, and it lasts awhile too. . . but if that's too steep still,
If you have some liquid foundation, add a little water to it, dab a little on and pat it very lightly with loose powder, it will act as a make-shift base for you.How can I make a home made EYESHADOW base/ primer?
If you use your foundation and/ or concealer on your eyelid, it acts as a base for your eyeshadow.
You could use foundation, or pressed powder. It evens the skin tone %26amp; prevents the shadow from creasing.
im not sure, but I wanted to add that mary kay sells one that is pretty cheap
